Kemper offers affordable auto insurance for drivers with bad credit, but receives far more complaints than average. However, it is a reputable company that offers low interest rates and good financial standing, but high-risk drivers with bad or poor credit scores.
We found that GEICO has the cheapest car insurance for drivers with bad credit in 22 states. It’s comparable to other companies, but drivers may find that USAA or Nationwide have the lowest rates where they live.
